This role is responsible for managing training logistics, schedules, participant communications, learning records, and programme administration to ensure a seamless learning experience.\nWorking closely with corporate subject matter experts, property leaders, and external partners, the Training Coordinator helps deliver high-quality training initiatives, supports learner engagement, and ensures a positive participant journey. The role also contributes to the pre-opening and ongoing operations of the Academy by establishing efficient processes, coordinating resources, and supporting world-class learning experiences for Aman colleagues.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist with Academy pre-opening activities, including learning space preparation, programme scheduling and faculty onboarding.\nSupport the setup of Academy operating procedures, calendars and administrative processes.\nAssist with testing and implementation of learning systems, tools and processes.\nSupport the launch and day-to-day operation of Academy programmes.\nCoordinate Academy programme schedules, registrations and participant enrolment.\nPrepare and distribute programme materials, participant guides and learning resources.\nSupport curriculum implementation by ensuring learning content and materials remain organised and accessible.\nCoordinate logistics for Academy programmes, workshops and learning events.\nPrepare training rooms, equipment, materials and learning resources.\nSupport facilitators, subject matter experts and guest speakers during programme delivery.\nCoordinate onboarding and pre-boarding learning activities for Aman at Sea colleagues.\nLiaise with operational teams and certification partners regarding programme schedules and participant requirements.\nCoordinate all logistical requirements for Academy programmes, including training rooms, accommodation, transportation, catering and learning materials.\nLiaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure programme requirements are delivered efficiently and on schedule.\nMaintain Academy reports and learning records.\nCompile programme participation, attendance and evaluation data.\nRequirements:\nMinimum 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, human resources or hospitality operations.\nDegree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field preferred.\nFluency in Thai language, professional level of English\nExperience coordinating training programmes, events or learning activities.\nStrong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nUnderstanding of luxury hospitality operations is advantageous.\nProficiency in English is required;
