Responsibilities:

  • Memastikan data pelanggan (borrower) akurat dan lengkap.
  • Melakukan proses penandatanganan kontrak dengan pelanggan sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
  • Melakukan kunjungan (field visit) atau survei ke kantor pelanggan untuk melakukan verifikasi data serta menjaga kualitas layanan.
  • Memberikan pengalaman terbaik kepada pelanggan melalui pelayanan yang profesional, responsif, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan proses onboarding pelanggan dan penandatanganan kontrak berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/Diploma dari semua jurusan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Customer Service, Field Survey, atau Administrasi Kredit menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Teliti, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab.
  • Bersedia bekerja di lapangan serta melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi pelanggan.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  • Memiliki SIM C atau SIM A yang masih berlaku menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki STNK dan kendaraan bermotor dengan plat nomor yang masih aktif.
  • Memiliki smartphone dan nomor handphone yang aktif.
