Field Coordinator (Surabaya)

This position will responsible for managing a team to achieve a target includes attendance, success rate, and MFP in Underwriting & Validation Circle Team for Tunaiku.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for document assignment
• Responsible to create daily, weekly and monthly report
• Responsible to ensure the availability of CE working stuffs includes devices, uniforms and guarantee items
• Maintain good relationship with customer and able to handle complain
• Coordinate with the team and leader to achieve target

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Coordinator, or other team leadership role will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experienced in preparing and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Strong understanding of numbers, targets, KPIs, and team performance metrics.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct field visits as part of operational monitoring.
