Tanggungjawab Kerja:
- Memastikan pencapaian seluruh KPI cabang dalam lingkup regional secara optimal
- Mengembangkan kualitas dan kuantitas portofolio sesuai target perusahaan
- Mengelola strategi, proses, dan operasional seluruh cabang di wilayah binaan
- Menjamin kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan di setiap cabang
- Mengembangkan kinerja tim melalui pelatihan, monitoring, dan pengelolaan konflik
- Menjaga kualitas portofolio dan hasil audit cabang sesuai standar manajemen
Requirements
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai SPV atau Unit Head atau Branch Manager
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di Grameen/Bank/Finance
- Berpengalaman memimpin minimal 4 anggota tim
- Mempunyai motor dan SIM C
- Besedia ditempatkan di CITEUREUP - BOGOR
