You will work across a wide range of topics -- long-term corporate strategy, investment analysis, financial performance, market research, and organizational priorities -- providing the research, data, and analytical foundation that the team builds on.\nThis is an early-career role designed for someone who is sharp, structured, and hungry to grow fast. You will be exposed to the most consequential decisions in the company from day one.\nResponsibilities\nConduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking across a wide variety of strategic topics\nBuild and maintain data models, financial trackers, and analytical frameworks that support ongoing strategy work\nDevelop a working understanding of Amartha's P&L, business model, and financial drivers to support investment and performance analyses\nProduce first-draft slides, data summaries, and written sections for review by the Senior Strategy Manager and VP Strategy\nTurn raw data and research into clean, insight-ready charts, tables, and executive-friendly visualizations\nSupport preparation for high-stakes meetings with C-suite and senior stakeholders across the organization\nRespond to ad hoc requests from VP Strategy with fast, accurate, and well-structured outputs\nRequirements\nBachelor Degree rom a reputable Indonesian university (UI, ITB, UGM, UNPAD, Prasmul, BINUS or equivalent)\nEconomics, Management, Engineering, or quantitative disciplines preferred; strong academic record expected\n2 to 4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a structured analytical role\nStrong quantitative skills -- Excel proficiency, financial modeling basics, and comfort with data analysis\nAbility to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings clearly in both written and slide format\nExposure to or genuine interest in financial services, fintech, or lending businesses\nFast learner who takes feedback well, improves quickly, and takes initiative without being asked\nAmbition to grow into a Senior Strategy Manager role over time\nAt Amartha, we are dedicated to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, ensures equity, and fosters inclusion.
