Learn more about our benefits.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervises an engineering group with specific responsibility for lab and office safety, staffing, technical mentoring as required within the engineering group, staff professional and personal development and budget adherence. Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects\nEnsure customer satisfaction via on time delivery of product releases and prompt resolution of critical complex issues for range of products of difficult scope\nEnsure the integration of engineering resources with cross-functional teams to meet product goals\nDefine product specification, alpha/beta/gamma exit requirements and coordinate/execute the engineering development\nProvides management with updates pertaining to progress in specific projects and initiatives\nInterface with internal and external customers regarding complex electrical issues for specific projects\nHolds and contributes to technical reviews necessary for product design\nMake recommendations for the electrical engineering strategy and roadmap and business processes\nExp : 12+ Years\nFunctional Knowledge\nWorks on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors\nBusiness Expertise\nReceives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives\nLeadership\nProvides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
