This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of the organization’s MIS to support organizational objectives. This person will collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze business requirements, deliver business insights, drive continuous improvements and manage vendor relationships.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nLead MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives\nTranslate and map user requirements into database and software application design\nFully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirement\nCreate project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customers\nBe able to identify the root cause and create an overall plan for the process improvement instead of only fixing the issues identified\nResolve customer support issues\nSet up the training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processes\nDefine project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar professional field\nMinimum 5 years of experience managing MIS or software teams\nMinimum 7 years of experience in database application design and/or implementation for ERP/MRP systems\nExperience with SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft SQL Server Database\nExperience with Peoplesoft is a plus\nExperience with full deployment of SAP for core functions is a plus\nEligible to work in the United States\nBenefits\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\n401(k)\nFlexible spending account\nCommuter benefits\nDisability insurance\nThe annual salary range for this position is between $145,000 and $175,000.
