Folgende werden Deine Hauptaufgaben sein:\nKommunikation mit den Partnern zur Bewältigung und Lösung von Herausforderungen und zum langfristigen Ausbau der Beziehungen\nVerwaltung und Erneuerung von Verträgen, Bedingungen und Konditionen\nErstellung und Umsetzung von partnerspezifischen Expansionsplänen sowohl in Deutschland als auch in Österreich zum Ausbau unseres HUB-Netzwerks\nAktive Überwachung und Berichterstattung über die Leistung der Partner/Standorte sowie das Ableiten von Folgemaßnahmen\nZusammenarbeit mit zahlreichen externen und internen Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Technik, Buchhaltung, Marketing, Geschäftsplanung, Recht und Produktmanagement, um die bestmögliche Kundenerfahrung während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus sicherzustellen\nEinholen von Partner- und Kundenfeedback zur stetigen Verbesserung unseres Serviceangebots sowie unserer internen und externen Prozesse\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree, or BS degree\n- Experience in stakeholder and communication management\n- Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in German\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in English\nPreferred qualifications\n- Knowledge of Accounting in Business\n- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising, or experience in logistics\n- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality\n- Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously\n- Previous experience with Salesforce or as Project Manager/Account Manager\n- Previous experience within cross functional stakeholder management or account management\n- AI skills\nAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
