As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network, handling major partners in retail, property management, and transportation sectors. \nKey job responsibilities\nOwn and drive executive-level relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations\nLead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms and service level agreements\nConduct market analysis and forecasting to shape strategic decisions\nMaintain complete ownership of the pickup network, including performance optimization and expansion strategy\nDrive network development/roll-out, maintain and optimize current operations, conduct performance reviews, and manage contract renewals\nWork cross-functionally with internal teams (Tech Ops/Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management)\nLead business expansion, route-to-market strategies, and new product/service launches\nDrive offline Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners\nEnsure best-in-class customer experience across all Pickup locations\nBasic qualifications\n- Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data\n- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level\n- Experience in program or project management\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience working effectively on milestone-driven projects\nAmazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
