When you apply, you may be directed to opportunities in Talent Development, People Analytics, HR Operations, or Organizational Capability, according to your profile and interests.\nKey job responsibilities\nCollaborate with senior HR leaders to develop talent development strategies\nConduct data analysis to provide strategic recommendations\nSupport HR processes and help plan organizational activities\nIdentify and diagnose organizational challenges\nContribute to projects that positively impact the company's culture\nBasic qualifications\n- Students with an expected graduation date in line with the program rules (Jul 2028)\n- Degrees in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, and related fields\n- An analytical, proactive profile with strong communication and collaboration skills\n- Attention to detail and a passion for people, culture, and organizational development\n- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)\n- Intermediate English required; advanced English will be considered a differentiator\n- Availability to intern for 12 months, 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week) during business hours, working on-site 5x per week\nPreferred qualifications\n- Written and verbal proficiency in English communication.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
