DPS is looking for independent, passionate, and experienced AML professionals in financial services, payments, and e-commerce.\nThe Screening Compliance Analyst will support Global businesses. This is an escalation function within DPS. The successful candidate will help the business comply with applicable regulations and relevant company policies and procedures related to denied party screening and anti-money laundering.\nIf you are considering taking your compliance career in a new direction and contributing in a fast-paced, innovative environment then consider DPS for your next professional challenge.\nKey job responsibilities\nReview of escalated Screening tasks to determine whether potential grounds for reporting suspicions exist \nPrepare internal/external reports/regulatory filings \nSupporting and participating in Internal and External audit activities\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in an industry role\n- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization\n- Experience in fraud/risk investigations\n- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and OFAC regulations\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques\n- Experience working in risk/fraud analysis or in compliance organizations\n- Knowledge of compliance, EU AML and KYC-related laws, and other relevant regulations\n- CAMS certification\nAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
