# Analytics Manager, AWS Analytics Engineering

AWS is looking for a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to join the AWS Analytics Engineering (AAE) team supporting AWS Storage services, including Amazon S3, S3 Glacier storage classes, and file storage services such as Amazon EFS and Amazon FSx. These services help customers store, protect, and access data for applications, analytics, backup, archiving, and AI workloads. In this role, you will build analytics that help leaders understand customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and guide product investments across the storage portfolio. As a Sr. BIE on this team, you will own an analytical roadmap supporting AWS Storage services, from defining business questions and metrics to delivering analysis and automated reporting. You will investigate the drivers of customer adoption, storage consumption, retention, and revenue, translating your findings into recommendations that influence business and product decisions. You will work with large, complex datasets spanning service usage, billing, and customer behavior, developing and testing hypotheses to explain business performance.
