You have great judgment and communication skills, and a history of delivering results.\nYour Responsibilities\n- Define and own complex machine learning solutions in the consumer space, including targeting, measurement, creative optimization, and multivariate testing.\n- Influence the broader team's approach to integrating machine learning into business workflows.\n- Advise senior leadership, both tech and non-tech.\n- Make technical trade-offs between short-term needs and long-term goals.\nBasic qualifications\n- Experience in building machine learning models for business application\n- PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience\n- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language\n- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.\n- Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
