The position is based in Delhi and is for a fixed term of 3 years.\nThe role involves assisting with case management and legal proceedings. This includes reviewing cases to understand the facts and circumstances, analyzing applicable laws and regulations, and drafting or reviewing pleadings, notices, and other legal documents required for court proceedings. \nThe position requires coordination with outside counsels to ensure effective representation before courts and law enforcement authorities throughout India. \nThe ACC will also be expected to maintain case files, track deadlines, and support in preparing for hearings and trials including briefing OC of instructions.\nLitigation Management:\nManage and supervise civil, labor and criminal litigation across various courts, tribunals, and law enforcement authorities throughout India.\nReview cases to understand facts, circumstances and analyze applicable laws and regulations.\nTrack litigation timelines, ensure compliance with court directions and maintain accurate case management records. Legal Documentation\nDraft, review, and vet pleadings, affidavits, written submissions, applications, legal notices, and other documents required for court proceedings.\nPrepare briefing materials and instructions for outside counsel ahead of hearings and trials. External Counsel Coordination\nCoordinate with and manage external advocates, law firms and consultants to ensure effective representation.\nBrief outside counsel on case strategy and monitor performance. Court Representation & Dispute Resolution\nRepresent the Company before courts, tribunals, regulators and quasi-judicial authorities, where permitted.\nSupport preparation for hearings, trials, settlement negotiations, mediation and arbitration. Advisory & Compliance\nProvide strategic legal advice to business, HR and operations teams on litigation risks and dispute avoidance\nAssist in internal investigations and support responses to regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions.\nFulfill company secretarial compliances and responsibilities in his / her capacity as a company secretary.
