Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Develop, test, and deploy scalable, efficient, and secure backend solutions using Java and the Spring framework.
• Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices with Spring Boot and related tools, ensuring seamless integration with front-end systems.
• Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e. g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• API Design: Create and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure they follow best practices for design and security.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, debug issues, and make improvements to ensure high availability and low-latency performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (front-end developers, product managers, QA) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency across the team.
• Documentation: Write clear and concise technical documentation for new features, improvements, and fixes.
• Agile Development: Work in an Agile environment, adhering to sprint goals and timelines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java: Strong knowledge of Java 8+, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and multi-threading.
• Spring Framework: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
• Microservices: Experience with building and deploying microservices using Spring Boot.
• Databases: Strong experience with SQL (e. g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL (e. g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• API Development: Solid understanding of RESTful API design, including authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git for source code management and version control.
• Testing: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms is a plus.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills to solve complex software issues.
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
