The role will have scope to own FC ACES and ICQA analytics leading the analyst team to best in class performance.\nKey job responsibilities\nSupport Fulfillment Centre (FC) improvement plan to focus on best customer experience at the lowest cost\nTake ownership of all FC process tracking across the AMET region for FC and ICQA analytics.\nSupport culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking with data.\nTrack effectiveness of Kaizen activities maintaining and updating A3s\nSupport the Fulfillment Centre implementation Agenda\nStandardize processes to Amazon and ECCF benchmark standards\nLiaise between FC and AMET/ECCF to drive leverage of crossFC process excellence\nMaintain strong relationships with AMET/ECCF Process Owners FC Process Engineer and finance teams.\n1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience\nWork a flexible schedule/shift\nIn addition to having shopfloor affinity and experience in Industrial Engineering/Business Process Engineering/Quality Operations or Logistics you are an active networker with:\nBI sage \nSQL and ETL experience\nPython \nStrong analytical capabilities\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)\nFluent English\nKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma and its practical usage\nWide knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies\nProven ability to develop and maintain large scale data bases and ability to evaluate the data sets\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
