You'll have opportunities and resources to develop AI fluency at your own pace, with continuous learning built into the culture.\nKey job responsibilities\nUnderstand the various operations across the team.\nManage high severity requests by collaborating with different teams to mitigate risks to business, customer experience and associate experience.\nExecute high impact mitigation actions using various tools.\nWork closely with product teams and align them with respect to your focus area.\nEnable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into an actionable format.\nAnalyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.\nSuggest changes for improvement of processes and amend SOP's once they are approved.\nPlan and execute the identified projects by working with various teams.\nCommunicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.\nCommunicate effectively in English and Japanese, in both verbal and written forms.\nBasic qualifications\n- 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience\n- 2+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent\n- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights\n- Experience with SQL or ETL\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience creating complex SQL queries joining multiple datasets, ETL DW concepts\n- Experience using very large datasets\n- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
