# Construction Environmental Program Manager, AWS Data Center Environment

Amazon is looking for a talented and self-motivated Construction Environmental Program Manager to join our EMEA Environmental team. As Amazon continues to expand its physical presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, we are committed to conducting our construction activities in the most environmentally responsible way possible - meeting or exceeding local environmental regulations at every stage. This role is central to how AWS delivers on that commitment during the construction phase of our data centers. You will own the Environmental Construction Program for the EMEA region - developing strategy, building scalable processes, and driving operational excellence across a rapidly growing portfolio of projects. While the primary focus is programmatic - designing frameworks, setting standards, and driving adoption at scale - the role also involves periodic visits to construction sites to observe program implementation first-hand and validate that standards are being applied effectively on the ground. You will partner with construction teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to embed environmental best practices at every stage of the construction lifecycle. Key
