Projects range from targeted renovations to large-scale new facility builds, including fulfillment centers, sortation centers, delivery stations, and auxiliary buildings.\nThis role requires strong technical construction expertise, sharp commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently. You will bring a disciplined approach to safety, budget management, schedule oversight, contract execution, and stakeholder communication - all in service of delivering world-class facilities for Amazon's customers.\nThis role requires 60% regional travel and availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling. Candidates should either live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Travel involves air travel to regional airports and driving to site locations.
