Proactively identify federal compliance risks, support government audit readiness, and partner with Legal, Public Policy, Supply Chain, and Technology teams. Manage Participating Addendums (PAs) end-to-end for state & local and cooperative agreements, reviewing terms and conditions, driving negotiation and execution, and tracking cycle time to onboard customers onto existing cooperative contract vehicles efficiently.\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent\n- 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience\n- Knowledge of government contracting laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, commercial items contracting requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)\n- Experience in contracts management, leading or supporting contract negotiations, and drafting contracts, or other comparable roles\nPreferred qualifications\n- Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers\n- Experience responding to government or regulatory audits or inquiries\n- Professional certifications: CFCM, CPCM, PMP, or equivalent\n- Knowledge of education sector regulations and purchasing requirements\n- Strong negotiation skills\nAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
