Key job responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal support for manufacturing, procurement, and technology licensing initiatives globally
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision and strategic insight
- Counsel business teams on intricate supply chain, intellectual property, and regulatory matters

As Corporate Counsel, you'll engage with cross-functional teams, diving into fascinating legal challenges surrounding international consumer electronics manufacturing and supply chains as well as emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, ambient computing, and wearables and maturing areas like smart speakers, security cameras, tablets, TVs, and eReaders. Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of legal experience
- 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
- Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
- Knowledge of manufacturing, international supply chain, and logistics

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
