We continuously innovate and set new industry standards for showcasing millions of\nproducts across multiple global marketplaces.\nWe are searching for a Creative Manager who will report to the Sr Studio Manager and lead\nend-to-end creative production for Amazon’s India (Gurugram) Creative Hub. This is a people manager role:\nthe successful candidate will directly manage a team of Art Directors, Videographers, and creative\nprofessionals, owning their development, performance, and day-to-day direction. The Creative\nManager will oversee project management, coordinate with Producers on production schedules and budgets, and other stakeholders (who are cross-functional partners, not direct reports), and drive\ncreative excellence across video, LED production, photography, and motion content. This person must\nalso have a strong understanding of generative AI tools and their application in creative workflows, as\nwell as LED production technologies.\nKey job responsibilities\nManage end-to-end creative production for multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously, from concept through delivery\nDefine creative needs and provide creative expertise to internal stakeholders and external clients\nRecommend effective production approaches and launch strategies based on past performance, client goals, and studio capabilities\nDirectly manage a team of Art Directors, Videographers, and creative professionals; partner with Producers, Digitechs, Stylists, Editors, and 3D Artists as cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution\nDrive timely decisions, clear blockers, and escalate appropriately to accelerate campaign progress\nManage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across concurrent productions\nProvide creative recommendations and insights that inform production decisions and drive increased performance\nEnsure all creative output meets quality standards and brand guidelines\nOptimize campaign workflows and team processes; recommend improvements to cross-team and partner processes\nManage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and production partners\nOwn people management responsibilities for direct reports including performance reviews, career development, coaching, and hiring; foster a high-performing team culture A day in the life You’ll start your day reviewing production schedules and connecting with your direct reports (Art Directors, Stylist, Videographers) on priorities and blockers. You might join a creative kick-off for a new video campaign, then pivot to reviewing shot lists and storyboards for an ongoing shoot. You’ll coordinate with Producers on timelines and resource needs as key stakeholders. In the afternoon, you could be on set overseeing a video production, ensuring all content is captured on schedule, or in a post-production review providing feedback on edits and color correction. You’ll close the day by updating stakeholders on progress, conducting a 1:1 with a team member, and planning for the next production milestone. We produce high-volume, high-quality visual content for global brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer electronics. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, creative innovation, and a collaborative culture that empowers every team member to deliver their best work.\nBasic qualifications\n- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\n- 3+ years of budgeting, scheduling and technical workflows experience\n- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership\n- Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns\n- Bachelor's degree or above\n- Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high-growth environment\n-\n5+ years of digital content management, communications, or content strategy experience\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience with one or more of the following industry tools: 3D Studio Max, Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance, Unreal, Blender, etc\n- Experience with digital asset management tools\n- Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment\n- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data\n- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising\n- Knowledge of video production crews, live streaming technologies, studio workflows, edit and post- production techniques, production calendars and staffing\n- Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to inform business decisions with proven business impact (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits), or experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance)\n-\n8+ years of experience in studio-based high volume creative production environments -\nUsage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices -\nAbility to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
