You might start by reviewing permit applications, then transition to construction site visits, engaging with contractors, and tracking project milestones. We value team members who bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and a passion for building world-class facilities.\nBasic qualifications\n- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level\n- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partner well with people at all levels within an organization, including coaching of junior staff\n- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, or Country equivalent\n- Experience in construction management\n- Analytical and organizational capabilities\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in English\nPreferred qualifications\n- Knowledge of project management tools\n- Experience in construction or design\n- Knowledge of building codes and regulations\n- Experience with documentation systems\n- Experience in managing cool chains, refrigeration equipment and installations, temperature-controlled environments are considered a strong plus\n- French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.\nAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
