You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Marketing, and Quality, operating in a dynamic environment that demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution.\nKey job responsibilities\nProduct Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute end-to-end operational strategies for product launches and growth initiatives; oversee project execution and resource allocation across categories.\nProblem Solving: Apply strong analytical skills to quickly identify and break down complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, and make data-informed decisions under tight timelines.\nStakeholder Communication: Build effective communication frameworks that keep global stakeholders, partner teams, and leadership aligned, informed, and engaged.\nScaled Solutions: Proactively identify opportunities to drive scalable operational improvements by exploring and adopting GenAI and automation solutions.\nBasic qualifications\n- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent\n- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition\n- Experience with end to end product delivery\n- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product\n- Experience as a product manager or owner\n- Experience owning technology products\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights\n- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
