You'll have opportunities and resources to develop AI fluency at your own pace, with continuous learning built into the culture. \nKey job responsibilities\nPartner with hiring teams/business leaders to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.\nPartner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (Compensation, HR, Systems and Programs teams, etc.)\nMust be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels and develop sophisticated closing strategies that seek for matching fit and motivation rather than focusing on selling alone.\nRecommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company,\nArticulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.\nInterview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.\nBasic qualifications\n- Experience building and executing candidate sourcing and closing strategies\n- Bilingual proficiency in both Japanese and English - reading, writing, and speaking\n- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-bar environment\n- Experience partnering and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers and HRBPs\n- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on recruiting data and metrics\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously\n- Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies to enhance hiring efficiency and quality\n- Experience managing candidates through recruitment lifecycles; from reach-out, assessment, preparation, negotiation and closing.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
