You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously. \nKey job responsibilities\n- Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.\n- Creating presentations using graphics.\n- Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.\n- Leading Daily Operational meetings as needed and document follow up actions.\n- Curate key documents for the Site.\nBasic qualifications\n- 2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience\n- High school or equivalent\n- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications\n- 2+ years of management experience\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience with end-to-end project management\n- Bachelor's degree\n- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal\n- Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
