Supply and/or Capacity agreement - Negotiate supply agreement (i.e. capacity reservation agreement) to ensure supply continuity, mitigate risk, and support AWS growth.\n2. QBR and Escalation - Lead supplier QBRs tracking performance across delivery, quality, cost, and roadmap; deliver weekly project updates, monthly executive briefings, and own escalations to resolution.\n3. Sourcing Strategy - Develop sourcing strategies while tracking industry trends and aligning supplier roadmaps to AWS strategic initiatives.\n4. Cost - Own component cost management, driving year-over-year reductions in NRE, Capex and BOM+MVA. Manage PPV, spot market buy budget and variance analysis for financial planning.\n5.
