Your days will always include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work and wide-scale operational contingency planning.\nBeing a key part of the operations team involves working with colleagues in other teams and external partners to make sure we stay on track to meet our customer demands and targets. This will involve analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area, as well as discussing the operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.\nBasic qualifications\n- Completed University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months\n- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language\n- Relevant experience in performing data analysis\nPreferred qualifications\n- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field\n- Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership\n- Experience in a logistical working environment\n- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment\nAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
