The position has a defined maximum duration of 90 days. See below for additional position requirements.\nPosition Term & Licensure Requirement\nThis is a fixed-term position with a maximum duration of 90 days.\nDuring the 90-day term, the Graduate Pharmacist Intern is required to obtain an active, unrestricted pharmacist license for the state in which they work.\nAt the end of the 90-day term, candidates who have obtained the required license will be considered for a regular pharmacist position with Amazon Pharmacy. \nContinued or future or employment is not guaranteed. \n#everydaybetter\nKey job responsibilities\nEnter prescriptions into pharmacy filling system with high degree of accuracy and efficiency\nAid in onboarding of new customers, not limited to but including prescription transfers and account setup\nProvide support for customers, taking the time needed to understand each unique customer situation\nSupport other teams (customer experience, billing, shipping) as needed\nPerform prescription verification, where allowed by state rules.\nBasic qualifications\n- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays\n- Must have a PharmD diploma\n- Must hold an active and unrestricted Pharmacy Intern license at time of hire, and must obtain an active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of employment within the 90-day term.
