This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. This person will be the candidate’s primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process. \nKey job responsibilities\nThis role will influence candidate and client experience by:\nEnsuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience at Amazon by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly\nEntering and tracking candidate information in Amazon database and ensure appropriate partners have access to necessary information\nComplex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings\nManaging multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent\n- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint\n- Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent\nPreferred qualifications\n- Degree or diploma in HR or any related field\n- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment\n- Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS)\nAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
