As a Hardware Development Engineer on the Antenna team, you will contribute directly to the lifecycle of phased array antenna systems for satellites and customer terminals-from initial concept to hardware production.\nWhat You Will Do\nHardware Design: Assist in designing printed circuit boards (PCBs), antennas, high-speed digital/RF circuitry, and custom test fixtures.\nFirmware & Algorithms: Develop and implement basic signaling and control algorithms to interface directly with hardware components.\nLab Testing & Optimization: Participate in bringing up, testing, and optimizing phased array antenna prototypes in a lab environment.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with silicon, software, mechanical, and avionics teams to ensure seamless hardware interoperability.\nVendor Operations: Coordinate with third-party vendors and equipment suppliers to manage part procurement and support smooth production schedules.
