This role is accountable for the end-to-end employee experience, owning site-level feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance.

You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple sites within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.

Strategic PXT Leadership

Partner with site leadership to balance operational needs with Amazon's values and people priorities

Coach Business Leaders on effective people management practices, including performance feedback, team development, and employee relations matters

Support change implementation by reinforcing messaging, addressing resistance, and helping leaders translate change into local routines

Execute core PXT processes while building trust and influence through sound business acumen
