HR Program Manager

We're looking for a Program Manager who puts the associate and manager experience first. You'll work across connected areas that shape that experience, including analytics and process improvement/centralization. You'll understand what site teams need, turn those problem statements into clear requirements, and drive them to delivery with our analytics and technology partners.

This role will be based 5 days a week on site at our Sydney CBD office or nearest Amazon Fulfillment Centre.

Key job responsibilities

- Champion the associate and manager experience as the customer for everything this role delivers

- Own PXT analytics locally, managing relationships with analytics and engineering teams, and translating reporting and metric needs into requirements the tech team can deliver

- Own support and case management centralization, partnering with central and offshore teams route work to the right resolution path and continue to raise the bar on associate and manager experience

- Support Clarity onboarding and metric validation locally, and manage the deprecation of local reporting as central capability matures

- Track delivery against program metrics, report progress to leadership, and keep program status current

A day in the life

You'll partner across site operations teams for each of the associate, HR and manager personas, and work to enhance their experience through collaboration with the central analytics and resolution teams. Your day involves reviewing data trends, unpacking a problem raised by a site into a clear requirement, progressing metric work with analytics partners, and following up on delivery with the tech team. You operate close to the detail and keep site teams and leadership informed on progress.

About the team

The PXT PMO sits within AU Operations HR, supporting the AU, CN, and SG fulfillment networks. We are a small, high impact team responsible for coordinating all HR technology and process launches, from intake through deployment and adoption. We operate with a bias for action and a digital first mindset, championing self-service and automation to simplify and remove standard work from site teams.

This role reports to the Principal PXT Program Manager and is expected to drive delivery independently within established mechanisms including project tracking.

Basic qualifications

- Demonstrated experience as a HR professional with a track record of designing and delivering programs at scale

- Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership

- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making and measure program effectiveness

- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

- Experience with AI and HR technology platforms and systems (e.g., workforce scheduling, associate self service tools, engagement platforms)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field

Preferred qualifications

- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership through written narratives and business reviews

- Experience in program or project management, delivering cross functional initiatives from intake through deployment

- Experience defining requirements and working with technology or engineering teams to deliver system or product solutions
