The incumbent will standardize launch mechanisms, ensure alignment with S&OP, topology, and capacity plans, and act as the single-threaded owner for configuration health across multiple speed networks.\nThe position requires a deep understanding of fulfillment network design, operational processes, and cross-functional project management, with the ability to translate planning inputs into executable operational readiness milestones.\nKey job responsibilities\nLead end-to-end configuration readiness for all new FCs, SDCs, IXDs, and stores across Core, Rush, and Now networks.\nDefine and track readiness milestones (inbound, storage, outbound, systems, and capacity) from planning through Go-Live.\nPartner with Ops, Supply Chain, and Business teams to validate launch inputs, volume ramp plans, and operational dependencies.\nBasic qualifications\n- 2+ years of program or project management experience\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent\n- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams\nPreferred qualifications\n- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology\n- Experience in MS Access and SQL\n- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
