You will be a strong communicator, who values teamwork, is proactive about safety and who can function as a role model and engage in a professional manner with the entire FC workforce.\n*This is an hourly role based on shift patterns:\nThe current shift pattern is Front Half - Sunday to Wednesday, Dayshift\nMust be willing to rotate shifts based on business need.\nKey job responsibilities\nKey job responsibilities\n-Identify and inform management of compliance issues, safety risks and improvement opportunities through the conduct of daily, weekly, and monthly inspections\n-Facilitate incident investigation process\n-Maintain required paperwork to comply with Amazon and local regulations\n-Enter Safety incident information in internal database in a timely manner\n-Perform safety observations & audits\n-Coach others (Area Managers etc.) to complete their safety responsibilities (Audits, Follow Safety Rules, Inspections etc.)\n-May have additional responsibility for fire prevention, hazardous waste management, or other safety related activities depending on the business unit and location\n-Participate in process improvement activities and manage actions to completion\nBasic qualifications\n- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience\n- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience\n- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required\n- Bachelors in Safety related field or Cert IV in WHS\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience relevant experience working with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems\nAcknowledgement of country:\nIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
