# IT Program Manager

The Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) Field Delivery organisation is seeking an IT Program Manager to provide program management across the service, support, and project portfolios in the UK & Ireland. You will have the opportunity to expand your program management capabilities and take responsibility for the governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of the UK Field Delivery portfolio. This role focuses on driving Field Delivery initiatives-supporting portfolio health, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination-rather than direct management of large-scale deployment programs. The IT Program Manager will support planning and execution of various IT infrastructure and service initiatives across Amazon's First, Middle, and Last Mile operations. You will work with internal local teams, regional OTS leadership, and global PMO cross-functional peer groups to guide the success of programs that support company growth.
