This role will be instrumental in establishing and operationalizing our data integrity controls framework, advancing AI-powered automation of IT risk processes, and supporting data governance initiatives across our payment regulated entities\nKey job responsibilities\nData Integrity:\nDesign, implement, and maintain the 1LOD data integrity controls framework across critical systems and regulated entities\nDevelop and execute data integrity testing programs to validate the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of data across IT systems\nDefine data integrity key risk indicators (KRIs) and establish monitoring and reporting mechanisms\nIdentify data integrity risks through risk assessments and recommend remediation strategies Data Governance:\nSupport the development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and procedures across the IT risk domain\nDefine data ownership, data stewardship, and accountability frameworks for IT risk data assets\nEstablish data quality management processes for model inputs, IT asset registers, and risk reporting\nDrive data lineage mapping and metadata management for key IT risk data flows Automation & AI:\nDrive the design and implementation of AI-powered automation for IT risk processes\nContribute to AI/ML model risk management from a 1LOD perspective, ensuring AI models (including KYC, screening, and DPS systems) are treated as ICT assets subject to data integrity and governance controls IT Risk Management:\nContribute to the annual IT Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) \nBasic qualifications\n- Experience with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM)\n- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Risk Management, or related field\n- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, IT risk management, data governance, or data quality management within financial services or a regulated environment\n- Knowledge of data lineage, metadata management, and data cataloging tools\n- Experience building or deploying AI-driven automation solutions\nPreferred qualifications\n- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent IT auditing and risk certification.\n- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent IT Risk, Governance, Security Strategy certification.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
