This role will commence at our Moorebank facility.\nKey job responsibilities\n- First level of technical support for the Operations of the Fulfillment Center, covering a multitude of technical disciplines. You'll support multiple buildings around the area. \n- Allocating and maintaining IT equipment, managing multiple customer requests simultaneously.\n- Troubleshooting of IT related equipment, such as PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, printers and other end user devices. \n- Responsible for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and repair process for devices under warranty. \n- Learning new technologies and participating in career development opportunities within the IT network.\nBasic qualifications\n- 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience\n- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems\n- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals\n- High school or equivalent\nPreferred qualifications\n- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications\n- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service\nAcknowledgement of country:\nIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
