Candidates may come from different technology stacks when they demonstrate exceptional engineering and product-building capability.\nResponsibilities:\nTake end-to-end ownership of technically complex and business-critical initiatives.\nDefine scalable technical solutions and make sound architecture and technology decisions.\nWork closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions.\nIdentify technical risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across the product and engineering ecosystem.\nRaise engineering standards through design reviews, code quality, mentoring, and technical leadership.\nRequirements:\n7-8 years of strong software engineering experience with significant ownership of complex systems.\nExperience working with strong product companies; B2B / B2B SaaS experience is preferred.\nStrong understanding of system design, distributed systems, scalability, performance, reliability, and production engineering.\nExperience building products or platforms operating at meaningful scale, such as large user bases, high traffic, high transaction volumes, or large enterprise/customer footprints.\nAbility to independently drive technical initiatives from problem definition and architecture through implementation, deployment, and production ownership.\nStrong problem-solving, architectural thinking, and technical decision-making skills.\nAbility to mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and contribute to engineering best practices.\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. AI/ML/GenAI experience is a strong plus, especially experience building or integrating AI capabilities into production products.\nCandidates with strong Node.js + React.js experience are relevant; for candidates with strong AI/ML expertise, the technology stack is open.\nTwo Profile Tracks: AI/ML / GenAI Expertise.\nCandidates with strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, or AI-powered products can come from any technology stack.\nNode.js and React.js are not mandatory for this profile.\nStrong preference for candidates who have built, integrated, scaled, or operated production-grade AI/ML systems.\nExperience translating AI capabilities into reliable, scalable product features is highly relevant.\nStrong Software Engineering: Node.js + React.js .
