As a Launch Program Manager, you will work with and influence numerous cross-functional stakeholder both inside and outside of Global Engineering Services (GES) with a direct impact to our internal customers in operations. This role calls for an individual who is not only passionate about continuous improvement but also can strategically develop processes and mechanisms to achieve business goals.\nBasic qualifications\n- 3+ years of program or project management experience\n- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience\n- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience\n- Bachelor's degree\n- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL\n- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements\nPreferred qualifications\n- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience\n- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience\n- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization\n- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules\n- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, or Country equivalent\n- Experience in managing cool chains, refrigeration equipment and installations, temperature-controlled environments are considered a strong plus\n- French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
