The Learning Manager actively manages a team of training specialists including their development and overall productivity. The LM must ensure the work of the team is aligned to meet internal customer needs. By partnering with operations, building support teams, Senior Leadership and external customers such as ACES, PE Field Team and Business Partners, LM’s drive positive impacts on the key business metrics including safety, quality, productivity and customer experience.
