Improves associates' job-related skills; develops, maintains and applies learning tools (methods, checklists and skill building agreements) to encourage associate development, assists in driving success of peak and non-peak training plans. \nKey job responsibilities\nCoordinate and facilitate all training related programs (up to but not limited to 50 members in a session)\nTrack performance including learning curve and quality and implement appropriate performance improvement initiatives to support improved performance\nMonitor adherence to all established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved and implement new tactical and strategic projects\nCreate training documents; utilize various software such as Articulate 360, Photoshop, video editing to design effective training content\nExecute plans to close gaps in the developmental needs for individuals and groups\nPartner with program managers and leadership teams to update training documents, implement process change and ensure site adoption of process changes\nCreate internal dashboards and use them to report training progress and KPIs in daily and weekly leadership calls.\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree\n- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in English\n- Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays\n- Knowledge of instructional theories: adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, virtual and classroom instruction\n- Organization skills - Able to handle multiple and changing projects/priorities\n- Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines\n- Willingness to work in different areas as required by training needs\n- Availability to work in different shifts.\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities\n- Prior training, teaching or presentation experience\n- Prior content creation experience\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
