We support and advocate for Amazon’s global network of delivery partners and Operations professionals, and we’re looking for a customer-obsessed Multimedia Designer to bring our messaging and brands to life across several bespoke channels. \nAmazon’s Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs) enable Amazon to deliver millions of packages per week, for retail customers all across the world. The ADX team serves as a conduit between Amazon and these partners and internal Operations team members, communicating business critical information and program updates. We also lead creative execution for some of Amazon's customer-facing brands. This role will support marketing, events, and general communication efforts by driving production of bespoke, bar-raising multimedia content for a variety of platforms (digital community, live events, print, etc).\nThe Multimedia Designer role is best fit for a creative executor that can work both independently and collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional business teams. Our ideal candidate has the ability to dive deep into existing brand guidelines and produce bar-raising creative assets that meet or exceed our customer’s needs. Standouts in this role must possess a strong eye for design, proficiency in creating creative assets in a wide variety of digital formats and disciplines, and project management skills to prioritize and deliver against multiple, competing priorities.\nKey job responsibilities\nIn this role, key responsibilities include:\nCollaborate with the Head of Creative and ADX Creative team leads to adopt multiple brand guidelines and identities across a diverse set of creative media needs and formats\nReview internal Creative team intake form for new project assignments and track ongoing work\nConcept, design, revise, and deliver digital creative assets such as (but not limited to): logos, banners, infographics, gifs, design for print, simple motion design, PowerPoint presentation edits\nAdapt design layouts and deliverable types to best-fit the various specs and size requirements of the intended mediums\nCollaborate and communicate with all project requesters; facilitate discovery/kick off calls to better understand project needs and flag any potential red flags or watch-outs\nIdentify and flag complex creative project asks to the ADX Creative Director for 3P agency assignment and execution\nUpon successful project completion, upload all assets to internal DAM platforms and tools\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of professional experience\n- 2+ years digital design experience and execution\n- 2+ years background working in or alongside a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with other designers, writers, art directors, and/or marketing managers\n- Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe creative design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.\n- Demonstrated proficiency designing and exporting via Figma\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills\n- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time\n- 3+ years working with an established brand(s) for a large corporation\n- 2+ years experience designing for print\n- Experience creating graphic templates for others to adopt and self-service with\n- 1+ years experience working with project management software like Asana, Airtable\nAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
