This role ensures accurate receiving, put-away, and distribution of shipping supplies and expense items across the fulfilment centre\nKey job responsibilities\nOperate sit-down or stand-up forklift safely and in accordance with site standards\nOffload, receive, and accurately put away non-inventory goods (maintenance supplies, corrugate, safety equipment, tools, etc.)\nReceive goods into Coupa system (data entry) and maintain accurate records\nStage product in designated work areas\nOrganise and maintain packaging and shipping supplies in designated supply areas and replenishment stations\nPerform shipping supplies cycle counts with accuracy\nDeliver expense-received items (shipping supplies, gift wrap) to appropriate locations\nResearch missing non-inventory shipments and assist with payment inquiries from Accounts Payable\nCoordinate and schedule delivery times to align with site dock appointments\nManage yard staging pallets - sorting, straightening, loading, and dehiring pallets\nAudit soft services and support soft services vendor management\nMaintain filing and documentation standards\nBasic qualifications\n- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays\n- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach\n- Work 38 hours/week, and overtime as required\n- Must possess a current PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) license\nPreferred qualifications\n- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience\n- Previous experience operating high reach forklifts\nAcknowledgement of country:\nIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
