Own and drive operational performance across a cluster of sites, with accountability for last mile capacity, cost efficiency, and customer experience metrics\n2. Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations leaders, building organizational depth and succession pipelines\n3. Partner with internal teams (planning, technology, finance, PXT) and external partners to ensure operational readiness and business continuity\n4. Support the scaling of existing business lines and the onboarding of newer business verticals.\n5. Identify operational gaps, drive root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions\n6. Champion a data-driven culture, leveraging metrics and insights to inform decisions and track performance\n7. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards across all sites\nAbout the team\nYou will be joining IN QC and SSD Last mile (LM) Operations team - the engine behind Amazon's fast delivery network in India. Our team operates at the intersection of speed, scale, and customer obsession, powering Amazon NOW, Same-Day Delivery (SSD) and Amazon Pharmacy.\nWe are builders.
