experience in optoelectronic manufacturing or production engineering.\nStrong understanding of optical communication systems and optoelectronic devices.\nHands-on experience with optical test equipment such as OSA, power meters, OTDR, oscilloscopes, BER testers, and polarization analyzers.\nFamiliarity with fiber handling, optical alignment, and cleanroom processes.\nKnowledge of manufacturing quality systems and process control methods.\nAbility to troubleshoot hardware, optical, and process-related issues.\nGood communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nHands-on experience in optical communication systems, including testing, characterization, troubleshooting, and production support of optoelectronic components and fiber-optic
