The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners - including service providers, host partners, technology and product management, and the local business development team. The individual must be both analytical and creative, seeking out ways to improve products, processes, and tools, and executing on those ideas. Strong interpersonal skills are also important as the position will have frequent interaction with leadership at Amazon and partner companies. If you are passionate about delivery operations and look around corners for ways to serve customers, we want your help.\nKey job responsibilities\nStrategic Leadership & Operations:\nLead end-to-end installation, maintenance, and post-installation operations (removal, decommissioning, moves, resizing) for Pickup and Return Points across assigned markets\nDrive strategic projects including new product launches (Gen5 lockers), geographic expansion, and process improvements aligned with business objectives Supplier & Vendor Management:\nManage complex supplier relationships across installation and maintenance services, negotiating contracts to achieve 90%+ SLA compliance\nScale supplier capacity strategically, ensuring redundancy on critical services while driving cost reductions Process Optimization & Automation\nLeverage AI tools and low/no-code solutions to streamline operational processes, targeting 15-30% productivity gains through automation Financial Management:\nManage program finance including purchase orders, invoice processing, and P&L ownership for assigned cost centers\nWork within imparted budgets while identifying savings opportunities through supplier optimization and process improvements Stakeholder Management & Influence:\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Business Sales, Quality, Product/Tech, Finance, Marketing) to support business objectives\nInfluence internal and external stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations Data Analysis & Performance Management:\nConduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of operational issues and improvement opportunities\nMonitor and report on KPIs including 99%+ uptime targets, DPMO, FTDS, cycle time, and cost performance\nEstablish dashboards and alarming mechanisms to proactively flag performance deterioration Operational Excellence & Change Management:\nMaintain network reliability through proactive maintenance strategies and quality control mechanisms\nLead teams through operational transformations, new technology implementations, and process redesigns\nPromote adaptability to rapid business changes and scaling requirements\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in French\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in English\n- Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or project management (internships count)\n- Familiarity with supplier or vendor interactions\n- Experience conducting data analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to identify trends or operational issues\nPreferred qualifications\n- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field\n- Exposure to vendor management processes including SLA monitoring and performance reporting\n- Interest in or early experience with AI tools, automation, or low/no-code solutions to improve workflows or productivity\n- Experience contributing to cross-functional projects involving product launches, geographic expansion, or process redesign\n- Demonstrated ability to present data-driven insights to managers or stakeholders to support decision-making\n- Familiarity with P&L, cost tracking, or budget optimization in an operational context\n- Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapid changes and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAmazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
