Experience working in new and ambiguous environments while solving complex problems with a sense of urgency across a broad range of cross functional stakeholders will be an advantage. \nUse industry and relevant data analysis to create strategic sourcing plans that support internal customers meet their manufacturing and supply chain goals.\nWork with a range of stakeholders including business leaders, engineering leaders, legal, program management, and supply chain to negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts including term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, development agreements and purchase agreements.\nAnalyze industry and technology trends to proactively identify opportunities to reduce cost, minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and industry developments that benefit Amazon’s customers\nInfluence suppliers' manufacturing processes, technology decisions, and policies in ways that are mutually beneficial and sustainable for both organizations\nIndependently prioritize projects and activities to deliver maximum cost reductions and reliable supply chain solutions.\nManage cross-functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals\nDrive financial modeling of large and complex deals\nEvaluate and monitor financial health of critical suppliers\nEffectively lead cross-functional meetings with clear document writing, agenda creation, note capture and follow-up activity coordination A day in the life As the Category Sourcing Manager at Leo, you will be a key member of the supply chain team. Your primary responsibility will be working with our PCBA suppliers to support the Leo Constellation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, planning, supply chain, finance, quality, and legal teams to ensure our suppliers can manufacture and deliver the required boards to meet our production needs.
