Key job responsibilities Security Operations Management\nManage on-site physical security operations for Data Centers\nOversee access control systems, guard force operations, and vendor contracts\nConduct risk assessments, security audits, and incident reporting\nGenerate and analyze security metrics\nImplement and maintain CCTV monitoring systems and media security protocols\nEnsure protection of customer data through robust security measures Process and Policy Management\nImplement new security processes while maintaining compliance with Amazon policies\nDevelop and execute security plans for special events\nCreate evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols\nEstablish benchmarks for security performance\nDesign customized policies to meet internal and external regulations Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain partnerships with internal teams (DC Engineering, DC Operations)\nCoordinate with external partners (Vendors, Emergency Services)\nSupervise security contractors and monitor their performance\nCollaborate with global security teams Project Management\nDeliver security projects within specified timelines and budgets\nProvide regular status updates to stakeholders\nIdentify and address safety and security deficiencies\nConduct data analysis to support risk assessments\nTravel to other geographic regions as required About the team The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector.
