Your responsibilities will include leading all Q&R activities for one of our IC product lines, chart the technical direction, build and lead a team of Q&R engineers, direct work with Annapurna's customers to jointly debug failures and reduce IC related failures, and support RMA analysis.\nIn this role you will have significant impact on, and be completely exposed to, the semiconductor production flow of all Annapurna Labs products, semiconductor testing methodologies and FAB process yield improvement activities.\nThis is a fast-paced role where you'll work with thought-leaders in multiple technology areas. You'll have high standards for yourself and everyone you work with, and you'll be constantly looking for ways to improve our products' overall performance, quality, and cost.\nBasic qualifications\n- B.Sc. degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D. an advantage) in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science or related fields with practical work experience.\n- Experience in semiconductor quality & reliability test definition, execution and analysis.\n- Experience in leading a team of IC quality and reliability engineers.\n- Deep knowledge in semiconductor physics, VLSI IC design, manufacturing, testing and FA, reliability engineering and statistics fundamentals.\n- Good knowledge of semiconductor fabrication process.\n- Experience in IC and system-level testing and debug.\nPreferred qualifications\n- Familiar with semiconductor industry production flows.\n- Experience working with OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) and ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers).\n- Opportunity to relocate in the future (US).\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
